At Jolydoc Clinic, we strive to provide excellent healthcare services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services booked through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before booking an appointment.

2. Consultation Fee

The consultation fee is ₹1,050 per appointment (subject to change). For clinic visits, payment is made at the clinic. For online consultations, payment is collected online at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Doctor Cancellation: If the doctor cancels the appointment for any reason, a full refund will be issued for online payment appointments.
  • Technical Issues: If an online consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
  • Duplicate Payment: In the case of accidental duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded in full.
  • Patient Cancellation (Before 2 hours): If a patient cancels an online appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be processed.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Cancellation made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • No-show or failure to attend the appointment without prior notice.
  • Consultations already completed (in-clinic or online).
  • Dissatisfaction with medical advice (medical opinions are professional assessments, not products).
5. Clinic Visit Payments

For appointments with the "Pay at Clinic" option, refunds are not applicable as no advance payment is collected. If payment was collected at the clinic and the consultation did not take place, please contact the clinic directly for resolution.

6. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and registered phone number/email.
  • Appointment date and time.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Transaction/payment reference number.
8. Changes to This Policy

Jolydoc Clinic reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
